First C3L PhD Student completes Qualifying Assessment (QA)

QUALIFYING ASSESSMENT AT C3L

We are delighted to announce that our PhD student, Wali Khan Monib, successfully completed Qualifying Assessment (QA) on May 7, 2024, at 2:30 pm in the C3L Meeting room, Level 2, ILIA Building, UBD. Following the Proposal Defense (PD), Wali’s accomplishment marks the culmination of months of intensive study and hard-work. Held by the Research and Excellence Monitoring Committee, the assessment aimed to evaluate the student’s readiness and depth of knowledge in the doctoral program.

By guiding students to complete their QAs within the second year of their programs, we aim to identify and address potential challenges early on, ensuring they stay on track towards successful dissertation research and timely graduation. We believe that this assessment process will empower our students to achieve their academic goals efficiently, minimizing unnecessary setbacks and fostering a strong foundation for their future research endeavors.
