Bachelor of Counselling
This programme is a collaborative effort between the Bahagian Kaunseling, Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L), aims to equip future counsellors with the necessary skills to effectively address and manage mental health issues within the community, thereby contributing to a healthier, more resilient society in line with national priorities and the visionary guidance of His Majesty.

Entry Requirements
- Working professional/mature candidates, who have at least five (5) years of working experience in the related fields, with academic qualification as follow:
- Diploma at BDQF Level 4 (in relevant fields), OR
- GCE ‘A’ Level with Grade A to E; OR
- Any equivalent qualifications accredited by BDNAC
AND
- English Language requirement/Proficiency:
- At least a Credit Six (C6) in English at GCE Ordinary Level Examination/IGCSE Grade C, OR
- A valid IELTS score of 6.0, OR
- A TOEFL (PBT) minimum overall score 550, OR
- A pass of UBD English Proficiency Test.
AND
- Additional requirements for applicants from Government sector
- Applicants from the government sector must obtain approval from their respective departments.
- Applicants currently serving in the government sector must comply with the rules and conditions governing In-Service Training (IST). This includes meeting the minimum entry requirements and adhering to all relevant conditions, such as the rules and regulations on IST as stipulated by their respective employers (where applicable).

Intake
This programme will be offered once a year every January starting from January 2025.
The programme is duration for each candidate is up to 12 years.
