UniBridge

Payment – UniBridge programme
Unibridge can be paid in full or through monthly installments after receiving your offer letter. To make payment please refer to the Finance Office when making payment in installments.
- Acceptance Fee — B$ 100.00 (one time payment)
- Registration Fee — B$ 20.00 (one time payment)
- Tuition Fee (Brunei/P.R. Student) — B$ 500.00 per module
- Tuition Fee (International Student) — B$ 700.00 per module
How do I make payment for the UniBridge programme?
To make payment students must pay through the UBD ePayment gateway or to UBD Finance Office according to the hours below:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:45am until 12:30pm and 1:30pm until 4:30pm
- Friday: 8am until 11:00am and 2:30pm until 3:30pm
Full payment – Students paying in full can be made within the first week of the semester
Payment in four installments
- $500 per month
- Installment payment is due by the 10th of every month
- Payment needs to be made in full regardless before the revision week.
- Failure to complete payment may result in students being barred from the examination
Refund of fees
Partial refund of the fees are calculated as follows:
- Between 1st – 3rd week: 80%
- Between 4th – 6th week: 60%
- Between 7th – 9th week: 40%
- Between 10th – 12th week: 20%
- after the end of 12th week: 0%

Application for Graduation
Students must submit Form S5 Application for Graduation for the semester they plan to complete all the academic requirements.

Withdrawal Form
Students are required to register for their modules at the beginning of each semester. Students are advised to choose modules of their interest, and consult with their Lifelong Learning Advisors when selecting modules.
If only the module is cancelled or withdrawn by the Centre, all student fees will be refunded in full instead of transferring fees to a new module. In order to withdraw, students must fill in a withdrawal form.
Students may be terminated for the following:
- upon the expiry of the student candidature (12 years);
- at the student’s (Life Long learner’s) request;
- upon the expulsion of a student (Life Long learner);
- upon a student’s intention to change the study programme;
- when a student is not able to continue studies due to objective reasons.
Students are allowed to defer at any time, any semester, any year as long as it is within their 10 years (20 semesters) of candidature. Enter https://ubd.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6Q1XYOJqQI92SMJ to access the C3L Withdrawal Form.
